The pump's oil capacity is 7L, and it is powered by a 750W motor, which can reach speeds up to 1400r/Min. The compact machine size of 360X280X440mm (14.2"x11"x17.3") and a net weight of 26kg make it easily transportable and maneuverable.
To ensure safe and efficient operation, the pump comes with a detailed set of instructions. First, the user should open the filler before use and connect the electric pump and power supply before adding oil. Then, they should press the black button next to the motor to open it, and press the manual operation switch upwards. After a few seconds of air pressure buildup, the manual operation switch should be pressed downwards, and the motor should be turned off before connecting the tubing. It is important to note that the air pressure should not exceed 63Mpa to avoid damage.
Once the pump is connected to the equipment, the user should open the motor and place the operation valve in the pressurized position. After 1-2 minutes of motor rotation, the hydraulic oil will start flowing into the cylinder, and the output will increase with the load, up to a maximum of 63Mpa.
The recommended operating temperature for the oil pump is between 10°C and 50°C. If the oil temperature exceeds 70°C during continuous high-pressure operation, the user should stop using the pump and allow it to cool down before resuming work.
The pressure settings of the relief valve and safety valve have been pre-configured at the factory, and the user should not attempt to arbitrarily increase the pressure. Instead, they can only reduce the pressure to match the actual working requirements, which can help extend the pump's lifespan.
Lastly, it is crucial to ensure that the motor has a reliable grounding connection.
